Time        9:30am – 11:30am
Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
* W! a1 y1 G" _0 MPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
       
. E9 a- t# u/ }/ v5 J( C5 ERemarks:
1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
9 R, r3 ?7 C  V3 x7 U3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes

6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

6 L1 G+ ~5 R* \4 R* A! w' UWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
