Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton

Time        9:30am – 11:30am
  c$ C8 D4 V9 c  ~Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
/ n* a0 U: U5 H0 ~Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

/ T  V* x6 r  L: H3 n1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
5 h! s- Z% N! m# [0 r; R. }2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
/ P6 c4 j; H! e2 N3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
8 T- W  D+ o, Z2 ~5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

& }/ M0 u% F! w2 _8 T% q! ~We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
