Time        9:30am – 11:30am
Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
: x) h2 K$ C. h0 @4 C" Y) bPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.

+ K2 k/ B, v7 ]  j4 f1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
4 p! D. l" E+ ^% S+ @8 N5 ]2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
; s& c) b1 X  u! S0 n* P$ x6 c3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day

! Q  T' `! m/ v: ]! x; U2 UWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
