Low Cost Summer Programs Registration Day

Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton
1 n- i- }1 ^# j1 q: eDate        May 14, 2005 (Saturday)
7 b) t$ P! j1 _3 v9 `Time        9:30am – 11:30am
Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

( j1 R# j9 E( M+ C2 A$ ^1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
- x& w$ z- Z( Q2 b% w, ~7 l/ ~( y( b2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)

- ], E, }( L% h+ m3 N2 l/ F: M! q4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day

0 U8 M" S  B1 hWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
