Low Cost Summer Programs Registration Day

Date        May 14, 2005 (Saturday)
. R% h2 i  Y8 k$ rTime        9:30am – 11:30am
Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

, G/ G- {# b4 X3 ~1 Z1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
' f+ z$ S! ^8 A0 k' X2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes

( K# j- @$ h) n) J% y- ~3 ]We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
