Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Organize focus group(s)
- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
- Recruit children for summer program
- Provide orientation for parents
: B- Q8 f3 A. I. E/ Z' b- Find sponsors to enhance program
# j( r# c" T& d7 x9 E" N8 m" g) Z- Supervise volunteer(s)
- Prepare final report for funding agency

Qualifications:

) b: ?% A% p- \& f+ v/ U- D8 ]- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
# a  m. l/ S9 R1 B: C; v1 i; V- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
+ t3 _" m, K  t+ g9 A- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
& T% ~- d; b$ o# |- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
- good computer skills
6 J/ D7 g, U- ?, i& d- leadership abilities
/ f+ i1 c7 g/ e- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
