Position title: Community Development Worker

" ~! b, M$ ~9 i9 n- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population

- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of # s' T2 o1 t, R: N/ k R! Y
social services$ r2 {* p% z6 M5 T9 W- Y2 J
- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies
7 K# G1 a% {+ e9 y( M- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members

- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre9 O6 J5 J; ?, d- h+ N
- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services

9 {' D# U( D9 l! _/ ] V* C- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of % J: p' N" x6 K: }$ W% C: A
experience and education 3 y- D( L4 C, j$ U9 ^5 ]# b
- good oral and written Chinese and English skills- u6 @/ ^# Z# P4 J" X) c
- experience in community work and immigrant services: q! ?4 r# S F# ~ D: D- J& J/ o( j
- experience in website update/design" }! U& b; }0 k) y
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset8 a$ j& R& q: ^( ?2 D
