6 M' v0 B  l. n-        Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the
8 ?1 D: A& a# @& H5 K        preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps
1 ~7 a" I# T. Q-        Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program
-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
! A1 i' G- Q9 z1 _1 j-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program
        Coordinator
-        Assist with any other program related tasks as assigned by the Senior Program Manager
; h4 O# c1 B9 V
4 v: P6 ^) K4 l1 XQualifications:
; v7 J$ g4 w( q# b0 o& i-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
8 N. X+ O1 q2 p+ \7 t7 h        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
/ v7 `# m7 a7 c8 P-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
; @1 L8 F3 E1 v* Z% l-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
2 ?7 g' F& P- G3 C7 p$ ?-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
  }% s/ m' D- a; _; {. l        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

-        $14.00 per hour
