Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;  

$ b& O4 B" S# L" MWage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Skill/Education/Experience required:
- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
- Paying attention to details;
) j: \# h+ q) x2 Z! J- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;
! L" q6 E8 F  o/ L& p9 Z% _- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;
' I1 o% H; Y* v7 q& C" d) M3 V+ Y. F
Job Duties:
' d3 f9 y) G5 m$ W7 T: `% W- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
8 D( U4 c' d2 z% o6 |+ W# ^- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
/ B/ `1 U3 H( w# A# Q* T- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
