Wage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Skill/Education/Experience required:
- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
/ s" i7 p2 \( C1 d% V) X0 A- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
8 l* j1 A$ @) @6 r: v2 }- Paying attention to details;
1 q) q  v  j" p# n7 H+ }3 ]- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;

- D1 Z4 e2 ^; _3 F- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
9 x& c# }- g$ E" K: V+ J) k0 P' v- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- }) G+ F9 ?. L5 A0 d- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
