0 C' W" }8 I4 ~" Y) {) GWage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Skill/Education/Experience required:
! h9 ?+ Z1 @% x- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
- Paying attention to details;
) f. S7 M$ q$ T- Good time management and organizational skills required;
1 g2 R, V9 L* m; ~! }4 g- Post-secondary education preferred;
8 a6 Y. m* V, w  q2 y- previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

* w5 L' I/ Z- Y3 j! U% J# W+ ~Job Duties:
- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
1 k" E  z, O8 i0 S/ S7 O/ m1 N- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
' C7 R8 q; J: @$ d% y" `- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
