no waiting needed.  First of all, make sure you are eligible for landing at Canada Place. If yes, you can just go there on Thursday ONLY,(morning is better). Line-up at the immigration department on the 2nd floor. You might need to wait for half an hour to get to your turn, and it takes about another 20 minutes for landing.
! H, C# i( U7 \' H2 J7 rThis was just my experience back in 2008 and I am not sure whether all the procedures are still the same or not.
