Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator

8 R1 W; D. z$ \; \4 m" h- Organize focus group(s)
- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
- Recruit children for summer program
- Provide orientation for parents
" b. s5 S' u* r" r& H5 U1 u- Find sponsors to enhance program
! M8 M* ?% u* R9 C6 v4 y: T- Supervise volunteer(s)
) @6 u+ F$ z7 H* \/ d$ [5 {- Prepare final report for funding agency

" w! q  A6 V* K2 a6 H
- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
- good computer skills

- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
