! e, Z, ?2 y+ T9 Z. P7 V 目前银行的SECURED LINE OF CREDIT 都是PRIME+1%, 亦即3.5%, 如果MORTGAGE RATE 高于3.5%, 并且您有可用的LOC 额度, 同时房屋贷款有提前还款的额度(勿需缴纳罚金), 那这个方法就是可行的。

其实主要的担心还是高手们预言的通缩后的通胀什么时候来,以及来的有多猛 & a. C0 @2 S0 ^; C+ Q# @" C# z4 ` w. N
我是用了,但只敢用我额度的1/3。害怕现在剩了小钱,以后别来个10% 的利息赔大了6 A7 w' y. ^: |) h
