The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

- J$ e  d8 g2 l+ h" z4 Y% ZIn the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................# F4 \4 K' X# R5 H  y; Q% ]2 J

It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.
! q, b5 g5 x4 I$ i5 M+ I) s3 Z2 Z' s3 d! B
Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.+ U5 B1 @6 V" ]  q4 a

BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.+ _) T# ^4 m! A* k; k

ISSUE THREE:UPS5 D% ~& l0 W. n$ ?

8 U$ [7 F0 T0 f. l0 N) n7 r- ~2 BTODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
+ ^8 A9 \2 h; V$ t/ }* M7 ^/ N* Q
Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......

9 T, J3 D! I  E2 w) x, n' K  zTODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:
0 ?* n( {2 @1 R# w% p4 @9 R) Q; M7 T1 a
at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!
! s8 x! ~4 k. s& E4 Y! Y( v! H/ `2 U1 M
at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying./ J2 W9 |2 w7 g: y

ISSUE FOUR:BMO5 o% J3 a$ M- A" |) V

& I9 @0 m, _6 v$ l4 n  ^* ~8 lBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!, F2 [* ]6 t6 s, e7 C. L2 r5 |

I really learn so much NEW today...................

. z4 b( g8 P0 }  N+ d- e6 Q* ^HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
# K* p! \1 {2 Z; B; F所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。* h2 M. v2 Z3 R5 v
因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)5 z0 ?0 C6 ?6 A2 I: d0 @
剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!
6 F  H+ s! F6 ~5 [! U也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!
& V7 _2 x# A8 t( w3 p' w再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
4 M- T! {" T4 K/ p; m8 l$ N後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator
* {5 ^$ e' O/ ~8 H0 j' O有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
3 m& `) O; `& ~5 qDriver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
0 _: g/ C9 _; T- O* s9 g% R
5 N5 e9 b3 o, q: a, w% @最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!" {+ ?/ O9 r; d
(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
- r- Z1 N6 O; j& u再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?

6 t$ v% j1 B& p在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
8 `% ]8 P8 U6 e( |. y就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
$ ~0 `) {% v7 W. m  g5 \5 v9 \, X這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!
! r/ G  E) t  t, E對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!
6 J6 D+ @" K8 ^* P不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!
, y# `7 N! b' b- r" m日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。3 v* z1 S) g/ t" q
所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了!

) y2 i) N* g. S) i0 V4 \但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.# y3 S& j' T9 G1 @
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing  b7 `6 v7 ~( T* k2 A
/ z! J+ S+ l$ O! }* v$ \2 G
不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
