Diesel Car Can't star up again!

Diesel car is really hard to start in cold winter.

6 O. V& b  a5 r7 ^9 }I have a 06 disel TDI, cound not start again this morning becuase there is no plug in on parking lot.

# M) g( z; z( J- N2 uLast time when temp dropped to -30, it was dead also.


; C" P( r' J: d6 V, k# E4 s" EI just wondering do many Chinese drive a TDI in Edmonton? I personally don't like a car need a lots of attention.

My Mercedes always start no matter the temp is. Might due to I use syn mobile 1 oil?

because you still have summer diesel in your tank,  summer diesel will gel up at  -12.

% k% f1 s+ i% c* Q2 ]you should leave this car in shop overnight, let it warm up,  add in some diesel anti-gel addtives and fill up with winter diesel

This car was from Vancouver, maybe it is becuase of the fuel.

I do follow the manual saying to the position 3, wait until the icon gone, still needs 3-6 times try in cold weather.

This TDI shows more concerns than the hard to start in winter.

It is anoying and the VW says they can do nothing on this.

I am very disspointed with VW, last time I had a jetta city 2007 only 10,000km, the engine shakes like hell, and sent the car the VW, they say:"it is normal!" I don't think so then becuase a gas engine car should not behave like that, stering wheel is jumping (no exagerating)

( W) s, ^! m3 v4 O0 vSuzuki Aerio 2005-2006 have the same problem due to the wrong spec of the shock absorber, maybe TDI is designed for warm weather driving only.

冷油，比汽油车热的都要慢不少。
8 d  [, m' W8 j" G# j$ l点车的时候，当然不容易啦。最好还是插电。

我开道奇的柴油车，冬天打火是费尽，除了柴油本身的原因，
我觉得车上的报警系统很费电，连续3天不开，估计就打不着了。

+ G3 R( S' i( ~. i$ G除了插电，还要把车头摆好，准备早上 借个火。
寒冬快过去了，明年再好好准备吧。
