Restricted Dogs

The City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog:
4 X4 n- P$ l k% R' ?. H, y9 }/ n( M6 H8 c. F0 F, y
That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw
' D# q: w5 l- `+ b6 jThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw
8 |% P* E6 c4 B3 U5 xThat has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act
6 }: S f9 U/ p+ _/ v% H/ MCertified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
