个人理解wage就是基本按照时间（小时）工或者计件工，在这里overtime就是1.5倍，所以二月和三月可能有很大不同，差别可能是（23-20）/ 20 = 15% ' z5 l) h. l1 l7 w1 x: Tsalary是月工资，每个月工资固定，二月和三月一样。
