We select only the top candidates and those with exceptional skills have the opportunity to advance as store managers and to work in a variety of locations throughout Canada.

1) Highly motivated and self-directed learners
0 X9 ?6 j# R7 c" T4 k* ^2) Able to interact well with staff and work in teams
3) Excellent with mathematics

8 _% [/ r* h. c& E5) Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Criteria for selection for Assistant Front Store Managers (Wage $18+):

2) Ability to work in a fast pace and to multitask
, v) F% l* I1 W/ U- Q; o3) Able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
4) Well-organized & focused
5) Able to assign tasks and lead work groups.
6) Proficiency in computers.
7) Work well with other staff and in teams.
8) Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

EXCEPTIONAL CANDIDATES MAY BE SELECTED TO PURSUE THE SHOPPERS DRUG MART LEAD PROGRAM FOR FRONT STORE MANAGERS AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK IN OTHER LOCATIONS IN EDMONTON.

All candidates must undergo 90-day probationary period in which they are subject to periodic review of their performance/progress.
