请问有限公司的问题

我两年前找到爱城的工作，就委托本地的会计师注册了个有限公司，用来签工作合同，原来以为只要每年交公司税和个人税就可以，后来听说还要报Annual Report啥的，不知道哪位明白人能给讲讲有限公司每年必须做的事情？或者从哪里可以查到相关信息？（注：原来的那会计师不肯帮忙）

有限公司每年必须报税 File T2 corporate annual return,
Prepare employee T4 / T4A
$ G8 b3 q: O+ _remit GST,  Payroll tax, EI/CPP
股权更改， 常年大会等。 建议找个律师帮你做， 或到任何Registry买本 Incorporation Company Tools 看看

. J4 F' B3 ~+ ]7 O7 mAnnual Report is usually prepared  by lawyers, not accountants. And yes, other reports like financial statements, T2 corporate tax return, T5/T5,GST,etc are done by accountants.
