Car maintenance questions

I have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:

( d. y1 |. g7 f4 i! C2 c& x1. Transmission flush 219.95
" P0 h' U1 o# c$ A# H& [6 E2. Power steering flush         99.95        
+ L3 N5 a9 u1 ]$ Z6 b' l3. Brake flush         99.95
* D6 |# k! s1 b2 Y! q) u: z4. Coolant flush 139.95
5. Major Emission service        174.95
6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88

/ p5 v0 A: T8 I) }; v! L# p2 DDo I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

至于LEASE结束，直接送给车行就完事了。

) d. G, V+ n% \. k我付的钱，是LEASE期内使用车的价值，严格按照手册保养。
