Car maintenance questions

# ^7 w/ H0 d$ [% u5 ^2 M: N& rI have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:
4 i2 c5 |3 w* X# m% I* l
1. Transmission flush 219.95
# H1 f. G& H& Q8 }9 n, s2. Power steering flush         99.95        
3. Brake flush         99.95
! h; C( t# u5 s3 q1 B4. Coolant flush 139.95
5. Major Emission service        174.95
) [/ d+ Q# B# H1 R, {6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88

Do I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

我定期换机油，觉得这个保养就足够了。

至于LEASE结束，直接送给车行就完事了。

. D* A% s! a3 U- F) S我付的钱，是LEASE期内使用车的价值，严格按照手册保养。
