Any suggestions on Car maintenance?

Car maintenance questions

+ ~; ~5 u' E8 V3 K6 O7 S5 ZI have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:

4 Q0 T# E7 N0 ^8 ^( n+ i1. Transmission flush 219.95
6 h( T7 U; _" L, p. x( t; {2. Power steering flush         99.95        
, m% _& S* b  L3. Brake flush         99.95
4. Coolant flush 139.95
( Y" H# r5 b' W+ P" I5. Major Emission service        174.95
2 C  S: G9 T% o( A' m; P6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88
: S# k' W. d3 o/ g
Do I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

我付的钱，是LEASE期内使用车的价值，严格按照手册保养。

严格按照手册保养的话，那些service都应该做。爱惜物品和方便下一任车主，都能体现出一个人的素质和水准
