We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

Duties:
: o& i& ?9 i8 v4 n•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
2 j+ F, |# H. M. a# L5 `7 g, o1 s•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
1 i4 v6 `/ k8 Y* y•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

& H9 V/ c" h4 Z  Z4 Z, w/ bRequirements:
  \2 T- l  M) {•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
+ f* d3 z  b& X* ~  _8 g" F•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
  X( r4 X7 F7 j( ]* \. Q2 a•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
' t- b0 A- {, w( ]6 Y•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
