) J5 i! Y7 K1 K4 b We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

" w; L9 j4 u# Z- NDuties:
, e4 ?$ K( D- P5 i( G8 e•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
# N( _2 N4 x1 n•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
$ G" F4 e; O+ O! g•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
. t" d) G; ]5 T2 k# _. R, i  V0 B•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
$ |6 _" R7 Y3 R# t: h•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
! q3 Q% B$ X1 O( s9 [- Z9 R, q. b! P•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
; Z+ _3 y' n% R. g# V0 B•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
7 O! V3 u+ v9 U( H; @, U•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
5 Q/ i, S' ]: F6 h+ e$ O•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
