, h, H, }: h% O; q& A8 o7 B8 J/ N We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

Duties:
. s8 U" W1 a! t; g; f+ I9 Z•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
1 v& m6 t3 i" K. ]•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
6 a( O8 ^8 W) V7 C8 b5 L) D•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
) R/ M3 e5 z# |% b+ j) d8 k•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

) J9 i+ |3 \6 Y3 m5 hRequirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
5 O0 V, p7 R% V•        Able to travel extensively ;
) X8 n' F$ o0 {% ~( H, k5 T•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
! |: T" N# b( A•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
