We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

. [2 X0 V; S! i. d' ]* ^- RDuties:
! K, O2 K3 C/ w( Q9 e•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

6 Q: J7 m$ v  R! \Requirements:
1 V9 Q9 e- O! ^9 X3 u•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
: m7 i% x' i' h, X) j•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
  U% q; G) |/ d0 j3 ?0 u•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
+ P9 p( H8 d, H, ]. i•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
