The pain of our loss is beyond anything we could

* p4 [1 X3 @' c; f9 K0 e+ b> depth of our loss. That is true. But we know of One6 c7 N) e' _. S9 Y! W& H
> who does understand and
7 f/ E. F5 l! Z3 m8 M i! l" O1 p> feel our pain because He lost His son, too. It
$ y3 K$ Y) O. Y* f1 Q8 ?; Z) ?' v- V> happened when God gave the
" [+ d0 R: J& i$ {* x> sinless life of His son ant the cross to redeem. `0 d p) b# q f3 y
> sinful lives and to purchase+ ~1 g8 _6 ? @8 f, H' h2 J
> forgiveness for us all. There days later, He raised v8 U( z( k+ k( Z
> His son from the dead. R7 Q2 v# {3 ^2 m. Q
> and conquered death. It is though this event where( A7 ]* m1 L/ q, H) \: s V
> human history was
6 c: t4 v9 {& G- }2 r0 ?> intersected by divine grace and mercy that we have6 ^3 S0 [1 k; c* f
> hope. This hope, that's
; I/ P4 q7 E1 ^> what's sustaining us. It's not an idle wish, but a
2 I/ ^9 F# K5 Z> certainty based on the7 Y. \0 J& c# J8 ]9 f
> promise of God. And this hope fills us with eager; r" n4 ` W3 Q6 N
> anticipation and a longing

/ y" L5 [. `# G> will ease the pain of our loss, as the Prince of
