Position Title: Junior New Equipment Sales Consultant x 2

Major Responsibilities:
; o4 D( Y; O( x5 x' G- m# H L• Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes). This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
1 s2 X( n- x$ v( e; B• Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.- \ H7 t$ S) t8 g& ?! M
• Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations. This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements. # z! ^: Z% X& t* V6 [
• Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required. This maybe in the field or in the office./ O. _% r) t# A& {
• Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.% l* k& V' U d+ m7 U+ B1 z) I: }
• Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.3 p: u5 [7 R/ B( [ o3 f
• Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.
, B* a( x, f- A' W• Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.
; H8 {- E+ F# P6 D- t• Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.
& l# l2 g, \7 f7 H$ Q• Participate in development of sales and marketing strategy and long range planning.# Z0 v% T N$ y [
• Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc. Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.
7 M" {3 `! I5 j% ]& C3 ~• Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services. Recommend changes.
5 {* E2 J- @/ f s- d7 R4 V2 Q* \! _• Actively participate as member of sales team. Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is encouraged but not required.
5 q- t7 S! y7 u$ @• Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset. ( p% E+ _! l( d# S
• 1-2 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
8 `( @! A7 w6 f+ n• Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
3 G' r# W) H. ]4 U* V# r9 I! s# G• Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential

/ n# B/ Y' J4 q+ `# @' w: j• Physically capable of climbing on cranes/ladders/manlifts/other& X2 J, G9 ]7 `0 K3 x- B* p5 c
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. 9 @% F( P* ]' r! E5 c
• Superior organizational aptitude, including sales process.7 I0 r1 D# n, Q; K/ c# H6 W7 X
• Demonstrated success in working as a team member.5 j1 _ R9 R5 u# `6 P0 o L6 ?4 K
