street and 48 ave and closed to Michener Park ( University of Alberta family student residence).

The rent is $699  and it covers all the utilities ( electricity, gas and water).

I can discount 100 dollars for the first month. It means you only pay $599 for April. It is on the tenth floor and it has a very beautiful view.

! _& L. d' t" Y7 V3 OIt is very convinent to go shopping to southgate mall and superstore and IGA. It also has bus( route 50 and 43) to university and Downtown(route 30 and 33).
