EDMONTON - One man is dead and another is in hospital after a pickup truck rolled in northeast Edmonton this morning.
9 m$ G+ T" X1 i, @4 x7 O5 P+ rPolice said they attempted to stop a truck after it stunted, spinning its tires in front of a cruiser, at 139th Avenue and Victoria Trail shortly before 2 a.m.
\3 c8 S: R1 Z4 [/ zOfficers lost sight of the truck, but caught up to it about a minute later. It had hit a curb and rolled at 139th Avenue and 23rd Street. The driver was ejected and was killed.8 r/ S) j' e, O% ~0 ^: k
The male passenger suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries. Speed and alcohol are being blamed for the crash.0 U0 r) J0 x! m* i* v) ?3 _( `
