Crash kills woman near Lloydminster

EDMONTON - A 64-year-old Marwayne-area woman was killed in a head-on collision north of Lloydminster on Saturday afternoon.

: ~' j0 `" x" f- d: n; kRCMP say heavy rain made for poor visibility on Highway 17, where the woman's Sunfire connected with a Yaris after crossing the centre line just beyond the city limits.

RCMP are continuing to investigate and have yet to release the name of the deceased.
