In-Home Respite Program

The YWCA Edmonton Family Services program is# ?5 B7 J$ e( Y0 I2 |1 F6 y

其实这种职位蛮好的,+ y  |# l" V/ A$ C: i
比端盘子挣的多,
, [8 o: F. K3 ~: I( m: ]而且不见得累到哪里,
+ z! y/ [1 U9 {, M+ b语言要求也还可以,) e, x; ^6 g0 e' h' i" j
基本对话能听懂就好,. x2 ^* X3 V3 {
而且时间上比较自由。
( k6 v% t1 w& o; u' P只是一开始的时候就要求有first aid证书,
  c+ [2 O5 u# V这个可能需要先考一下了。
, J) \: ~4 X* U4 F" _* o对于家里有孩子的," b3 _2 D& j9 n! ]/ E! F1 K7 f8 g
或者有带过孩子的经验的就够了,
& P; \  z! X, I甚至学生也是可以的。7 N+ n* R  y; p6 D3 \8 y2 ^* h0 J

% u$ h: @. D" m- R/ l学历够,经验够,语言好的可以pay到一小时20多,

  Q4 r1 w$ g5 L% K  W8 k/ S3 s接待一下,咨询一下很轻松的。。。

我觉得,公正来说,

比起这个欧那个殴,这个工资水平肯定是低的了。7 s$ M; Y. ?1 p/ x; s0 b  r1 l
但是比起幼儿园老师的工资来说已经很好了,
  y. b* Z5 L" N3 ^( K5 r比起在麦当劳、餐馆应该是高的了,
) _2 r1 y5 j& h8 o而且强度低多了。。。。。。。
8 G2 `. ]5 e$ p& [而且这些职位的语言、证书等要求都不高,5 Z3 Z: R1 G# T) s9 ]) }% }/ ^
而且这些个职位对于新移民或者放假期间的学生,6 N+ t7 z7 ?" W* U8 \1 ~. F
都是相对比较容易得到的。。。& z$ q3 P$ @; K/ ~/ d; K) |
反正我是看到大把的有着稀奇古怪的名字,
& T7 H, q3 q. P: o- E不知道什么语的腔调的人做这个的有的是。。
0 J3 [) J5 ^3 W7 _甚至有很多有full time工作的也来申请个part time干干呢。
: T" f+ ?+ r" f) q+ P你想要工资高的部门也有。。6 w+ j. U5 y3 J  @  V- t+ z9 }1 D
YWCA里有一种FOSTER家庭,) [% Y# v) H+ R( i4 D, z1 b6 O3 _  g
就是类似领养,让他们住在自己家里,
/ f' k' R' w* V" }平时带着看看病,出去玩玩,2 x8 H6 n5 Q9 n
一个月3、4千的收入,. E4 f. ^' g5 m" b
而且这些收入完全不用交税。。。
* Z, [7 Q& }0 i3 e4 e- Q比我这个全职的挣的还多。。。0 ^7 s& s* T) q- X
要不,考虑下这个??

或者有所启示。。。
% g3 \# C6 O7 Q/ S$ W' E/ d$ D找工作也不一定要盯着洗碗那种地方。) Z, H& U8 i' g4 I! R$ H$ r2 ]1 ^

0 l. e. c/ R5 K# V这个地方的工作除了前面提到过的好处外,: N' F4 L$ M0 G
我想还有几方面,& k( |2 z4 W* p7 K
第一,可以真切的了解到加拿大社会,及它的福利政策,* Q$ @6 D4 w8 }0 _" J
第二,可以了解到真实的人们的生活,
; R2 T4 X& ]2 [第三,可以多练习英语。
3 V9 E) {3 b% r) M& r, S9 b3 {第四,以后找工作时候就有很好的推荐人了。2 ^! S3 E; i1 i
. p& P& j- I& |% U& p6 ^5 N
也许有些人觉得这是伺候人的活儿不屑去做,
. h& e+ `. P+ N8 P, b4 L但是对于刚刚在一个新的坏境里起步的人来讲,& k& _% b  U, r3 r
不是所有的人都可以一下找到薪水很好的工作,
