Enhanced Respite Program

The YWCA Edmonton Family Services program is

Coordinated Enhanced Respite program at a variety of+ ~& R) S4 H9 ^! r9 g
locations in the city.
7 s: F' o+ D# h! G+ LStaff would provide respite care to parents or primary
8 U# c$ ~7 k7 Gcare givers of children with moderate to severe physical' o( h' G+ D1 f* T
or cognitive developmental disabilities for shifts of three- _* I; E9 @5 ^
(3) or more hours per day worked. During the school" n+ i- N; ?3 n- x y* h: u; _
year, as the children are in school during the day, the
5 M: T6 N+ d$ {" Lbulk of the hours available will be late afternoons and' Z; e9 [% C6 Z) W8 M) l

However, during the summer months, there will be
