Duties
1 ?% h3 ^* l5 W# n8 W2 x5 O
8 ^) K) p! q7 \1 S0 b& ?7 f& m' g-Liaises between CUP and Women's and Children's Health Research Institute (WCHRI) to coordinate and facilitate the CUP and WCHRI community based research (CBR) agendas -Assists SCHRI community-based researchers in designing and undertaking CBR projects -Contributes to research activities on and off campus involving researchers, policymakers and community members -Undertakes reviews of the literature and provides material for manuscript preparation -Develops reports for project partners and funders -Assists with the submission of grant proposals -Coordinates knowledge mobilization activities3 z1 b$ a, U0 ]# J+ `2 s
: y0 o0 L- s2 J, oQualifications
+ w( J5 x7 y' B8 U( J-Undergraduate degree in a related discipline such as Education, Human Ecology, Nursing, Psychology, Public Health, Social Work, Sociology etc.; Master's degree preferred -Experience in community-based research and with a broad range of qualitative methodologies -Experience in collaborative, community-based, and/or inter-sectoral project work/management -Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills " ?$ W3 D& U: Q& D" A
