+ [5 S% N- G- ]: B+ LHuman Resources Generalist: Are you an experienced HR professional, with certification achieved or in process?
The HR Generalist will ensure the development and application of Human Resources Policy, to fulfill the agency’s goal of being an exemplary, fair, competitive employer. This position will ensure effective practices in staff recruitment and appointment, new staff orientation, and staff retention, and will provide support to supervisors with regard to recruitment and hiring, annual
staff evaluation, professional development, and performance management.
Settlement Practitioner: helping newcomers to adapt, settle, and contribute as citizens in Canada.
Settlement Practitioners have practical experience and knowledge in community development
work, good facilitation and communication skills, and are familiar with immigrant issues,
resources and services. Basic computer skills in Word and Excel are also required.

( `2 P( |4 L. A( n) V8 Ladult immigrants: priority languages are Punjabi and Pilipino (1-2 positions)

Live-In Caregivers: facility in Pilipino or Mandarin is an asset (1 position)

newcomer children aged 2-12 (1 position)

) \" d( B; d' B. u- q" h: K  MTemporary Foreign Workers: facility in Pilipino or Spanish is preferred (2 positions)
Community Development Associate: Do you have strong skills in community development, coalition building, communication and facilitation?
% b0 M# {( t8 S5 oThe Associate will assist the Community Development Manager in collaborative initiatives with external stakeholders, and in research, policy development, external communication, and various writing projects.
- x8 B8 q7 W) |' x0 e( VAdministrative Support: several positions with varying degrees of responsibility, providing support
% M' a/ S1 F" u8 M8 O' x: ]! Oto the clients and staff of the Centre.
