Context: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

6 Y) P9 K$ `% }& m8 l5 sHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.

2 v1 L& J9 c0 V" L: z8 BDuties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

/ w7 }6 D  F. y" x3 m. rHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

Duties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

4 x: O/ Z6 n! c7 gDuties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
