+ \2 C- C+ P' y. VContext: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

$ p0 I5 ^: z3 U( |. i( G(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
0 @# {8 _  Z. c+ m* B) THours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.

' O( ^1 L, ?+ X2 Y& KDuties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
2 y" _$ H, v; ]  J* G; ~8 V; kHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

: k; e7 ?' W6 c2 |Duties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

Where: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
2 o" x+ ~' C. h* `, N* g% x( xHours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

Duties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
