( g. I. _7 B' ~/ tContext: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
$ A6 B% N# k' [; yHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Duties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

0 `; I6 p: a& s(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
# R0 `5 j- N- M! |3 vHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

5 ]9 g. X5 u0 TDuties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

8 H: W* T- v+ h0 @(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time
# X" A6 ?4 P5 @/ M3 w* \Where: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

2 I8 O2 F' \0 _4 X8 z6 yDuties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
