1  隔壁白天在我们两家之间立了桩子建fence，他们没找市政测量，没通知我们，我应该如何应对?

4 M8 b+ n6 @5 c9 {! a+ q4 NDepending on your Zoning bylaw, 一般的平房中间的 fence 不可以高于6.1ft. 如果对双方的分界线有问题，可以自己根据自己的房屋测量图定位，看看对方有没有越界。 如果没有图， 可以找 Alberta Land Surveyor's Real Property Report 确认。 如果有问题，可寻求 Community Mediation Program 作调解。

2  他们经常把汽车停到我家出入口。我经常回家找不到门。我都不知道该找谁投诉了。

如果他们是停在你家车道或人行道出口，就已经触犯了 Traffic Bylaw 5590, Part II Section 7 (c)

Unless a traffic control device permits or requires, a vehicle shall not be parked:
within 1.5 metres of an access to a garage, private road or driveway or a vehicle         crossway over a sidewalk.
