Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

$ c6 K6 D: }& e" wPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

) V, M0 `! o4 I3 ~6 |3 ^= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

: k1 I5 ?+ |! R( p* E6 R8 i- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.

( C! L5 C( g& m3 o1 P- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria

% q) s2 T% b/ e: F1 oAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
