The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

% W2 A5 y9 q, S; i  w  K, ~Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

5 p& I! x* g) {" |Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
' |+ G6 t4 c( V, r, V- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights
; P, F1 c6 |9 _/ f

+ T0 @% r4 ~" }+ F3 x- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
. K- `5 {/ G- [8 |0 i  g- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
