The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

6 d" {6 `# X: h! THere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

, o! G& K, w' B0 w/ _9 i, H= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
  D8 k5 Q' _2 F! g* w3 w- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

6 F+ o  E0 E, T$ Z& e0 B$ x
- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
& d* Z  p; w6 C& h4 G- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

3 A2 Q' W/ ^5 O/ G, _- ]: Y6 QAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
