% G9 Z# B- {1 tThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

/ d! v, c4 B! r' ~3 tHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

8 t" A% C! A/ [# o0 O. V/ PPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

$ [( X* W5 {' t: E6 T= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
- z' _7 o6 d( r- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
