Responsible for specialization in workstation image management
# J5 S' C! {, GResponsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers. ]( Y( E) G! }7 U
Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support) q' z5 f& E4 Y
Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff

Qualifications- z+ a' ^" d6 N! a
Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
. }8 g* T1 j7 O' r1 J8 S4 z/ nRecent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer9 O/ s. |/ O; T0 h7 }9 c$ e
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
/ b0 e( S8 d8 HExperience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
