Works within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele( w: |5 L8 W3 R3 U! k) e
Responsible for specialization in workstation image management! j/ S6 O. }( k$ n. ?0 c. u
Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers/ r, W. V9 e* n" T1 j
Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
9 b7 X6 @" [. P9 cWorks within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff% Z' A( f" i) D+ I- W5 u
Edits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
% c+ x; I8 Y7 D5 KDevelops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP
- G9 x6 U" Q5 m% D, g+ @Develops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS

Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
" M% {5 R- k @9 N) q6 N0 `# KRecent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer9 x2 a5 b! O1 f6 @% o6 v- m6 i) Q! O
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
8 R; r h5 g. A. p0 aExperience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
