我 時 常 去 COSTCO﹐  但 我 不 是 他 們 的 會 員 。   w# U. h" C* E6 g$ E) Z( W1 M1 G
因 為 我 用 他 的 GIFT CARD進 去 ﹐  但 只 收 現 金 。
3 I& @- m6 z2 |; L8 K3 ]: t會 費 太 貴 ﹐  又 不 是 時 常 去 ﹐  這 樣 化 算 一 點 ﹗

can non membership person buy gift card, where to buy? Do I need to pay more for the same stuff if I am not membership by using gift card?0 f; H- `% U6 d' C! ~- V

is cash card and gift card are same thing?

I did not got cash card either. I think it is seperate. or you can call them.
