Telus在搞什么鬼？ 请网络高手指点

一直用得好好的Telus高速网，近日突然在联网时看到 Online Customer Access 页面，让你输入用户姓名和密码，在技术支持的指导下，照此办理还是不通。后来发现因为我是两机无线联网，Telus 那边不认我的无线路游器的 MAC ID (Address)。技术指导我从调制解调器绕过无线路游器，直接接到电脑上。这下倒是接通了，可是另一台电脑就被摔掉了。再问技术支持，被告知他们没有训练，不知道怎么让无线路游器与其系统匹配，让客户直接找生产厂家的技术支持部门联系。Telus 为什么要放上这么一个页面来挡住客户直接上网，是不是要以此来阻碍客户自己设家庭局网？高手们有什么高见，高招？谢谢先！！！

GOOdLE

这样连接肯定就可以了

将你 路由器的MAC地址 改成你正在上网的那台计算机的MAC地址

然后 用路由器 代替你的计算机去连 modem

Or you can do it by yourself by:
; A: k% }1 W2 N# ^+ i' IHook up the wireless router to the modem and one computer to any local ethernet port on this router
8 ]' m6 `) E9 E2 n1 L9 P; ^call TELUS tech supp and ask for the userid/pwd to login OCA page
after login, click "manually registration and administratioin"
- s6 \4 L, w4 y0 r# bremove any one or all the MAC addresses on bottom of the page (or replace with the MAC of router here)
click submit on the left above of the page
, A& b8 t5 Q$ f' y4 u# z& v& c6 m! Ngo back to main menu and then click " one-step registration and administration"
if got "successful blah blah..." msg box the turn off the power of router and turn it on again
it should works

* T# P- q( i3 W  H* sI did all you said twice and whenver I power off the PC, modem and router, everything goes back to the same problem again. I do not know why and how to handle it.

我试着按照GOOdLE的思路回答一下：

Step 1.先找到路由器的MAC ID
  T. K' X; Q5 G) ?连接路由器和PC, IE栏里输入192.168.1.1(也可能是192.168.0.1),回车，用户名admin,密码admin,进入路由器设置界面，WAN，里面应该有一个MAC Address，记下来，这个就是你的路由器的MAC ID。

   a. Open a Web browser.
   b. Go to the OCA Web page by entering http://oca.telus.net in your Address bar.

      NOTE: If you're unable to access the OCA site using this address, you can try http://oca.ab.hsia.telus.net in Alberta or http://oca.bc.hsia.telus.net in B.C.

Step 3: Register your router with OCA

   a. Click the One Step Registration of your PC link.

以上是技术流的解决方式，如果楼主觉得比较困难，或者楼主是猥琐流的fans，可以试试下面的方法：

6 ?5 `$ J0 a8 E0 \% a: Y/ J% y( n打电话给telus，跟他们说自己的modem经常出问题，要他们换成最新的，带路由功能的modem，并让人来弄。
7 ]0 C2 y. R5 }' p" |9 C* P
. d0 J; L9 W0 `  F  O' _等个几天后，telus的人来了，问题也猥琐的解决了！

在水一方

我家就是telus的，用的就是带路由功能的modem。所以可以试试楼上的方法。
