how to cook steak

It is very easy!
: t$ \0 d4 Y- \+ Z* xshake some salt over the steak on both sides.
let it sit there for a about 30 minutes.
put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.
) G1 M6 D: |$ ~2 b# B  e: Dplace the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown.
, ^$ c' k4 L. W" e4 U. gthen, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
3 O; Z7 v' _% O3 jthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
. l/ _2 L2 x7 k6 u, {' VIf you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
