shake some salt over the steak on both sides.

put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.
7 x0 C; {# I4 m" `place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown.
' u% _8 X5 \) Y1 t! x% Ithen, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.4 H% _& l! }& b E( a. j5 Z% C! m
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
