Active listings for single family homes: 2625 (2584)

Just like last week, lots of new listings this week, but the inventory hasn't jumped as much as I thought it might. I still expect to see more listings coming online in the next few weeks, still at a faster pace than sales. Have a great weekend everyone!

爱城房市暴跌，酷暑家的千万豪宅已经只值几万块，而且上市很长时间都卖不掉。现在每天增加的、跟酷暑家相同的千万豪宅多如牛毛，房价将一跌再跌。
