Skills and Competencies:
•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
! J$ _7 R9 q+ j% C4 q" Y•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
8 ]/ _: @2 r! K0 e; n; O•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
" B" l5 {1 L' F, k•        Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  b  f/ y8 b5 R( p3 G•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
! F7 g; i3 ?6 V3 S•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
