Skills and Competencies:
4 h3 H) ~6 I, J7 X( z" A•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
  }6 B; H# |0 P6 R•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
$ v% ~' l: T; a. p•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
6 Q0 i+ g1 ^, H) j•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
" s( A, v" t/ H( s•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.

•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

$ s" d. f/ ?' w4 r$ U•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
4 g9 r# A7 y8 _+ ^* C: `9 L2 i" a•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
