Skills and Competencies:
4 t9 e! e- z: g! Y+ M: n•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
) D/ C9 U+ x; z' d5 X, M, r•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
& C" s8 w4 c- Q) B/ L" I  I+ J, v•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
& R$ U9 T! V" R% V: N) A9 h•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.

•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities:
3 c- y/ C3 {: \* H. L9 v•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
/ Q  {. b3 c/ @1 H' M# t2 g5 h; Z•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
. j! }2 F; y" E' w' p" a. j& I1 v•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
+ b6 I  ~* G. g4 N! q( k•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
