Skills and Competencies:
4 b* J4 R* P# I•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
  Z5 Y$ I: N0 c) H+ I7 q/ K* D6 u•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
" F$ g. p/ |1 r6 C$ n( m•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
: a/ i. O! D3 e3 N! ?•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  t3 s$ W+ l! V* d) \•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.

•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities:
' E5 u, @# \- O•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
2 B3 |9 m/ @; F3 a7 u. g* j•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
