There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous

The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run ) Q5 T& |, a# [1 k3 L1 w' \0 D7 B
during the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday - # i6 g+ U7 \2 a0 r; p
there are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4
- O/ T; f- v M: V6 Sweeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of
! R) x& y4 K4 T7 [English as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate * f1 c& p1 P9 F/ \
1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels
( ~5 q9 ]% w% b7 }; K, Y8 ?6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner
: X. o8 g4 Q) |1 E* A(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by . i+ b% ?) X; m8 q! \- P
professional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult

In order to register, all potential students must take our placement test -
