My background:
9 K, j. B% i9 b. c5 @BS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.

( V x( A6 Y' C1 ]Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
( L, I& f) n6 K' H/ B) t# i-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.5 r6 p, d9 x/ Q" P- C" r0 O3 F0 i
-Other questions:* X( \. ^' Z5 s7 D+ X
Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

5 S N7 f9 @- `8 `& m2 xFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

After the interview, I did not get any feedback. V$ I" y% N z9 \- e) {

( X4 X! q: Q! F& ~9 s% _9 FThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.% {. V: m2 c/ d% a$ M2 X3 Z

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

2 o, {) l8 U# jHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

5 G5 ]: p& ~" D, W: n1 kHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

9 x+ `2 m" s$ ^ e9 L3 ?6 O! cHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.+ ~6 z0 w7 K, P4 G& S& Y$ ]

One hour later, I got a reject email!
