" c1 D" t6 L2 R( g-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.
U' s U; A! o" ~" O: P5 o-Other questions:
* _! Y# }. q( Q6 i2 S0 EManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).+ Q5 S, M; [# s7 S9 |: L
. x- g0 i$ ^% ~3 k4 j R7 K
Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR - L9 E* T2 q& p1 N/ a, w

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

8 ?! d* B, V% d1 O8 jOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.. {: L- g# X* {; w) q" } U
# k- b, S/ s% r1 W7 i! B- u& ~1 g- o/ a
HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.( }( Y+ ]- N2 A; K" ~+ O' c) p: t

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).9 ?! g& ^8 e: P% o; i' G& J' E
- ?" {% U% ]" r4 D" eHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

PS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
