Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
- Z$ @8 Z1 N& g5 `2 t5 b-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.8 R8 A) T0 a V0 a, G
-Other questions:+ z# m: O" I- }8 g
Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).& t% Z, j3 g! E9 k

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.- H& }- T/ p' t+ P# U+ p' v

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.2 v0 K8 M; r7 z! h' y

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR 8 l2 k8 H( p2 { h! ?. o; k
! ^- x; d4 e q' I* FThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.1 W% b: w, X. G0 j
# j% O! P% s9 l/ k( |% X# b0 UOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).! ^5 H$ N" h. }; @% E- T

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.* f ~5 Z# G6 b+ O/ l- h

One hour later, I got a reject email!. i: d/ _& y3 g. g- `

What wemt wrong?
' y4 w: w. P3 M/ x( c4 a* r. o- KPS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
