4 t# I; e) v* @) Drecombinant proteins and stable cell lines. To further develop our
! o( q4 I9 A  D! Q. etechnology, we are currently seeking a highly-motivated researcher with
2 Y' _1 Q) N0 J7 I0 E, v1 n1 d2 {strong track record in molecular and/or cellular biology and willingness
to apply for government funding with us.

Qualified candidates should have a PhD or MS degree within 5 years or will
obtain one within 2-3 months, in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a
related field. Extensive experience in protein expression and purification
/ M* s+ K0 G# d7 R  m. Mfrom bacterial or eukaryotic sources, and/or in mammalian cell culture, is
+ J1 Q( v( ?" r7 [required. Familiarity with recombinant DNA techniques, including PCR, DNA
# E9 ]3 \% R2 R# Xcloning and mutagenesis is also required. Prior experience in protein
* f& U7 C; y4 a6 Zover-expression in insect cells/yeast, or large-scale protein purification
is a good plus. The position requires excellent organizational skills with
* K: y, P) `( ithe ability to work independently and multi-tasked along with keeping
% i" I% O+ e  `; maccurate and complete research records.
