Handle customer inquires by phone and in person.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade with emphasis on general office practice or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved school/college.

Some experience in customer service, cash handling, and computer applications.

HOURS OF WORK:

Shifts vary based on facility operating hours, 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m./ `# x0 a+ A* O7 _1 B' Y6 Z2 a$ g

SALARYRANGE:2 H& h* `9 |. x! b" T
21B, Salary Grade: 003, $14.55 - $17.97 (Hourly). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton.
