  欢乐吉祥的新年晚会在此招集演员~ 我们的晚会,自己的乐园。在这里，烦恼忧
  愁都与我们无关，舞姿歌声都发自我们心底。不需要专业的培训，也没有华丽
8 B% g  ]) ?) _' V; B  的装饰，却可以尽情秀出自己的风采、个性、特点。我们靠的是一份热情，凭

节目的内容不限，可以是独唱、合唱、舞蹈、相声、小品、话剧，或是一些才

The Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) at the University
1 U' W, B+ _( g# E; G' Q of Alberta will be holding a Spring Festival Evening Party around the
eve of Chinese lunar New Year to add the diverse community Chinese
! D2 T. l: y# _) r  |1 T. } cultural activities. This event is not only a reminder of food, fun and
customs, but also a very good opportunity to wipe out our homesickness on
this broad land.

. v& v3 H6 Z; }0 t( k+ ^We encourage students and scholars who are interested in performance to
contribute to the evening party by showcasing your abilities and
5 h6 ?" t! h' Z9 Y: n- \& w6 `# J talents. Although we have no luxurious dressings and professional skills in
6 L% s/ A+ [+ j& p: R$ D performing arts, the most critical point we have is our passion to show
ourselves such as any topic related to our life and studies in
' Q5 O% Y/ f7 O) }6 I: w Edmonton. Please come and join us to fill up the party. It’s going to be a
0 [% C' L- Y6 X) k7 U- s, C5 e lot of fun, like what we did before.

# Q0 n3 ^3 i5 \" z4 e! ZAs far as your prospective programs are concerned, they can be songs
& f2 C9 z) c6 v sung by a single singer or multiple singers, song and dance (Ge Wu),
: {! V& k5 q) B2 j4 ^1 [3 v stand-up comedy (Xiang Sheng), skits (Xiao Pin), drama (Hua Ju) or any
  |3 A& V0 o5 Q0 \0 x2 }6 t performance with instruments (e.g., piano). It would be great if your
' M2 }0 J. }" L8 J program could reflect our society. If you have a play for skits, stand-up
comedy or drama to present, please contact CSSA for performance since
8 I/ J  @* O' J  d: y  _7 G$ x7 q CSSA executives want to have a show collectively.

Meanwhile, a host is needed for the evening party. Volunteers are also
7 _5 k$ n( ^. W( ?6 Z) H+ A on demand to work on the stage to assist lighting and audio system
, g0 y. T- D$ X; H+ d" c control.
