( n+ }& D* s5 G. WJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

$ O( @  Z& y/ ~# N DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

. G0 l4 }" @+ O; b4 L1 V/ o# s1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
" N& E# O: v# y1 m6 l
8 y" m. o# O) z; s8 J% \3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

, ?+ d) H3 V. g, N% O% L% U4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

# S& N& x. c7 m, F7 l0 }5) Serve as cashier when required.

  a! B8 C0 @& ]1 `: w3 r
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

+ r3 @7 ~- U7 b3 t1 t2) Cashier experience.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
