JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

" x9 S. U% F3 H" x$ x0 b2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
& I3 n0 D# ~% y/ R  ^9 ?0 `
1 B- C# S2 L7 Y1 z. b# a3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

3 {( T% d1 |' X# V& }+ x4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

% Q4 Q  Q  Y& S, r7 r- T+ A* z5) Serve as cashier when required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
7 K9 _2 S  ~: E; U
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
% z; V) x1 m! D
/ {( O6 [5 W7 U% T- n2) Cashier experience.
$ n+ t% x( ^: H; E- n" E) i  z, \* T
3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
2 T: M6 X% s6 H" `9 q
4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
