Shifts:            8:00am to11:00am - Wednesday and Friday

; I. a1 M  W2 i' F. B5 Z: ~JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
( U6 L2 w: p1 w/ f8 Q
  d# q8 |% ?! y+ B) f: v: S' b( X1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

) _5 h- A, [5 {5 }+ \1 s4 C2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

! t, f& K7 U9 b% _4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

' Z& |- T7 C" y, a6 \4 v5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

6 |  m# n3 ]1 q: {5 n2) Cashier experience.
) W7 |7 [  l7 ^( z+ p+ U
5 W9 f8 J' }5 w% i- N3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

* \, {0 _4 ^/ O6 |5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
