1 K: f3 p  I! F4 j( {4 z! e4 ~9 X6 qJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

- X0 G) T4 y* k; l4 l5 j5 f2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

7 c9 T. j0 }; Q9 Y. ^% I6 S3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

! G" C! c: o7 B) B4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

. f5 y+ K$ a" a0 P, `9 s2 {5) Serve as cashier when required.

* E7 y! i9 e$ m+ x( U6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* |0 r, W* H5 ^2 f
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
! S1 i$ Y! h* ~+ H0 f4 ?2 j5 E( t
2) Cashier experience.
+ N9 o% k2 m5 C! V  p
8 i4 D8 f6 F# [5 v8 u' `$ H3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
; P% k( q$ X/ J
0 i1 R/ o2 |+ j4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
