- P3 \" h7 E. nJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

) L; x  A7 O0 m4 C1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

" a" U; |8 |9 B: l4 G" F2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

* {; {9 w8 z7 J* @) a8 E3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

0 v2 J5 |( K0 H3 ^  R) R5 b4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

! ?7 X. c+ t" B; e' J; d% F5) Serve as cashier when required.

/ [* r$ v$ l8 t1 p( o6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

6 G" e1 g9 r5 G# w! w# [+ q! |& K9 P2) Cashier experience.

/ o6 J6 F! Y% P$ a" }7 i3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
$ f: ]/ f+ [: ], L. g( w5 `
  G, x& L$ w( d0 V8 H  N$ {. X4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
