d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Graduate Fellowships

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
5 _: k' p( C5 [. V0 nenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
5 \  l) ]* Q: R! y, m) dand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
& d4 `% h" Y, S0 k- i. @Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
+ d% f2 m/ u9 H; _integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
. j) M/ ~4 G5 p- ]" x4 K2 }, R, i: }(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
# a: k3 l+ m3 w: G5 h' p" m. \(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
  f  C: |. ~, e6 u/ v: J(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
