a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
1 y) ]# X+ o! G0 _enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
1 Y$ b6 h$ _; ~& z: W9 J* bPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
8 p  \5 n, [: ?- A3 m! g(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
  ^) G1 z: i1 f# I, n(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
# A$ h3 z' V) o3 g8 M! A7 \(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
1 ^: g& k, z- l0 C0 P# {3 O2 j(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
