b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上

Graduate Fellowships

0 n% \' k5 m) G  fPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
7 n" ?# T) ]9 z" s6 @# h% Z5 A. Nenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
% P. a8 D8 I- A5 H# U3 t3 Zintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
4 a. f1 p% F5 N3 Z7 p+ W(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
; l- G% h1 x4 E(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
  H* q- l+ y! C* k6 s& M# ~" x(e) A good team work player.
