申请者应满足如下条件:
8 B' H8 c3 V' c( g4 Va) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
1 N5 s; A. |9 r2 pd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
) r% t1 K% T; d9 b% land circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
/ I5 h; X3 I% m+ X2 D  ]Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
. b* B) E  K2 U(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
: _9 r2 n. _' K8 w/ {3 t/ M(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
: A2 d* y5 c( @. G( p8 ~; e(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
. G$ p  {( N& O. h* R(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
