b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
& K) c( F1 C& e; ]d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Graduate Fellowships

& \+ }0 v, j; _1 XPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
4 Z+ ^& c( b9 u! E7 jenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
% z& e4 e7 ~& ?' Sintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
1 Z/ f2 {. I* m+ e( V(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
+ o5 h6 _  Q7 h* `+ D2 y(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
