Your main responsibility will be to operate a cube van, maintain, repair and clean residential recycling depots in the City of Grande Prairie.

The duties include:
: L* R  H( C0 i. J- N! t% m$ joperate cube van                                /maintain, repair and clean recycling depots
litter pick-up                                      /snow removal
! b4 V, M+ R3 S! Z- L# dassist customers with their recycling and directing them to the proper bin location for disposal
' ]% A: G3 {% A2 {& a3 J0 r" ~be available to work weekends           /assist in other areas of Eco Centre operations as required
% m( _1 N& t, ?" O& f

Skills and abilities required for this position include:
# f9 `5 k  m7 `4 B# T* A) M& Kgood physical condition                   /have a valid Alberta class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract
knowledge of recycling and disposal options in Grande Prairie /certifications or the ability to attain, WHMIS and First Aid
' K( h. r! m3 H  M3 M" [ability to work effectively as part of a team     /have excellent customer service skills, enjoy interacting with customers; front-line customer contact is essential to the operation
a keen interest to contribute to a safe work environment

The current rate of pay is in accordance with the current C.U.P.E. collective agreement.
