JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-

5 O# g) H& } R# N- m2 LSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

0 j: Z! w; T' p9 ?7 K1 TDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
7 C$ @0 T; Z4 k1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
5 ~& v2 n/ [, d4 E& ^$ z6 ?4 mof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.# _8 `# `$ G3 T, a, u6 @3 i: k: A0 p& V
9 y; e# y/ J u) y7 I- L8 C
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 4 o. m5 F. C# ?+ p
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.# U' b8 W6 W2 h; d7 R; ~

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of / M/ R6 v0 y ^9 S7 I
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.) k" j- U N: S2 f! x7 X" Z
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

, S8 {2 G, m f3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
