Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
& p b3 s" a G$ `4 M' Y, I9 o2 vof Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: P( Q# J, E" [; t6 m( n, {
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 8 E. j; P) e! K! m- }& m' C% p
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.; k5 L& T6 ^& p" a
{3 W O7 }1 n) S* _$ B% [
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 0 p2 [* s5 o+ N5 P) o2 b l
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.% A% N5 C1 p- p/ `* ^/ }
9 C/ Y, d$ A' R& a% i3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
! B+ W; p! v b4 S& ^8 p7 }. y+ n3 ncourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 8 N4 \# l9 e( y+ }$ I/ j
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, ; W8 p5 @6 [" i& o7 N% {; r7 p; a

+ L8 G& V) M v( e7 D1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.1 h$ \/ Y# E5 n4 |1 S, g. |. S
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication : A3 n5 C5 R9 v; M& f3 A k
skills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.. a6 a) Y. u. F O) H
