7 r @& }+ V7 s& K, YSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

7 f6 I; T8 Y6 V/ Q) c( E5 EDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
# m' X( l3 w ~ u1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
2 Y; E9 a. U- B, `of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.6 r6 I* j* q' d) {& q' ?
2 e/ o1 l0 R9 I3 _) i& u! I4 u
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 2 b* F/ m, P( p, a7 P- ~
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.( D% h1 P4 m1 w) j
* O K- d, c$ Z8 C5 i8 `5 g
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of + V2 U) n: B3 @5 C# b- V- M
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
! w2 G& o5 _- X) ckeeping appropriate and accurate records.' G% f8 K+ L/ ]& Y. w1 i! F' R R

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 6 V/ e3 `$ n2 H/ B5 P! S
failures to the Operations Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
