JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- ! @6 L2 U% B5 j
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
7 R4 n6 U3 `- Y8 {9 q+ K+ R: {7 pSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 1 ` k4 J) B" Y& z" q
of Course Pack production.0 ^$ T* h8 |$ ~2 b; ^# I7 E

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:; D. a* P9 s0 z5 |# {- L$ z
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
) k O, }$ F/ R7 Sof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
( z& @2 b/ y. F q( H; e: F4 m6 S+ v* n7 o ^, p. c5 L" p9 Y
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
3 V- @) i) b1 ~; x6 v, y; Sprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.7 ]2 L) P c3 a% u# ?2 @6 ?

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
1 t* v" g! ^+ t' vcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and $ S9 U, |* p; U' r5 z, V; |

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
) h& V) N- W; c5 l6 l& Bfailures to the Operations Manager.

and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.. T. z/ V4 E- h1 \( j$ M J# U
