SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical ( j7 s" X" Q2 a6 _( T3 L
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects $ o) Z1 }1 x1 |& m( J3 M
of Course Pack production.

; ^& _& r+ L# X% ?' BDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- F8 V6 Y- K% }7 ~! k* H1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
' N' q7 s; _+ p* m* {8 gof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing." V5 F1 e3 r5 p
3 M; S2 l3 n" R+ w! K+ l
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
# u- v9 J: Q- s* `print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting." q2 s, _5 d* t
* Z# c+ Y) g4 n; R
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
9 m! p% T3 X) y! V) Wcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
' R! X# u b ^0 b9 k+ \" ikeeping appropriate and accurate records.

5 b: T* I7 c( `8 b8 G2 R1 M I2 W. {2 h4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 5 d8 T) J6 }! C; M* z
failures to the Operations Manager.1 w. e7 O* I0 E$ {

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, - X6 F6 w+ Y' G$ ]+ z! f3 L* {7 U
and adhere to regulations as appropriate./ e9 x0 l; l8 D7 A2 ]

QUALIFICATIONS:6 N1 }0 @5 U/ O6 \6 H6 a `' l
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
- s1 d# }' i6 P% |9 k) C2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
7 S" f- a! @) u) x6 j4 X- |skills.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.7 e" ]( Q) L- t. o0 ~# @% \
! e6 q9 W m$ a2 ~# A3 R( G4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
