JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- 3 b$ p/ ^/ ~/ q6 T8 i+ h) c
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical

of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- w. \1 ?# _+ Y; Y8 d) o
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 1 Y \( X; T; s) t2 @5 {0 g
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.6 i' C! Q7 b- y. y
1 g# {( ], Z [+ |
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including & k8 C9 b! R5 a" l0 Q% K- W
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

: ?4 I, K- g" k" [/ d8 X3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of / T6 B( @5 b2 E* P r, H! T9 g
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 8 | C: H7 g2 w3 Q0 c0 {$ H9 o; G
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful., K6 x9 `: e' ]

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.3 I8 v/ Z6 t9 k& p
