We strongly encourage you to use United States Postal Service or Canada Post premium mail service. : ~. C6 G% f0 U# G

We will return passports to addresses in the USA or Canada only. , o0 ^# k0 P B/ w- u3 T
If your current mailing address is not in the USA or Canada,
& D2 S7 a j1 h6 nplease provide us with the complete name, address and telephone number of a relative,
9 e# a" q. }% \$ J6 b' ?unpaid representative or an authorized representative in Canada or the USA to whom we can send your passports.
; A% d- J8 P4 l. D7 a: [If your address is in the USA, we encourage you to have your passports returned using the United States Postal Service's premium Express Mail service.; |# T0 n$ ?" \7 O
' X! g+ k+ d4 ?/ Q * Provide a self addressed, prepaid, flat rate 9" x 12" USPS Express Mail envelope (no smaller).

If your address is in Canada, we encourage you to have your passports returned using Canada Post's premium National Xpresspost service.
- M) M4 C$ g A" H4 L8 U, q * Purchase a 24 x 32 cm prepaid National Xpresspost envelope at any Canada Post retail outlet (no smaller).
2 }: e8 U4 K$ u$ k" l- d/ o3 C * Be sure to purchase the Xpresspost - Canada (not Xpresspost - USA) envelope. Taking advantage of our proximity to the Canadian border, we will make arrangements * o- p" q# J8 h, S/ p
to have your passport(s) mailed from Canada.

Passports sent to us by mail will be returned to you by United States Postal Service regular mail
