The second reason is that there are too many Chinese in Vancouver and Toronto.

The fourth reason is that U of A is a little bit cheaper than UBC.( x6 E2 v4 ]3 Z A4 v0 }3 T2 X' [
The fifth reason is that both U of A and Edmonton have a huge potential to develop rapidly in the near future.
