I saw this article somewhere else and I have doubts about it. I know some women breastfeed their children even when the kids are 3 years old. It's not you feed the cow some other thing to make it keep generating milk. It's that you keep using the milk everyday.

I also disagree "牛奶越喝越缺鈣". People have problems with their bones due to many reasons. I don't think drinking milk alone can cause the problem. As a matter of fact, one of my co-workers had bone problem and her doctor suggested her to drink more milk and she did. Now her bone problem went away.

In addition, we can't compare people nowadays to the people in the past in China. Nowadays we have lots resources that people don't have in the past. People eat better now. I don't think it's fair to say people got cancer because people drink milk, because people eat other food that might cause cancer as well.

All in all, I think as long as we don't drink too much, it should be okay. |
