All I am trying to say is that lower Canadian Currency doesn't predict a crashed Real Estate Market. It might stimulate this market, as more US investors are coming to AB, because they spend less money digging our oil.
  T& Q0 D6 A$ _  bIt doesn't mean our housing price will increase neither, as it ties to many factors in the market. I would say we see a slow down in higher priced houses (>700 k), but a slightly increase in lower priced houses (250~400 k).

1 d, j- A+ k  i2 L+ v; i) D" W7 H0 L就算你说对了，结果是盼着房价跌的人，真到大跌了，还是不敢买。因为经济垮了，本人失业了。

$ w' X/ O6 |0 G0 ?) ]( ]/ `所以这种人根本就不用关心房价，一辈子踏踏实实租房了就行了。

还一点买房只盯着房价也是个误区。其实当时上手时的利率也是张血盆大口。你可以算算利率从2%到4%，你得给银行每年多掏多少银子。
