All I am trying to say is that lower Canadian Currency doesn't predict a crashed Real Estate Market. It might stimulate this market, as more US investors are coming to AB, because they spend less money digging our oil.
+ v# n* N5 ~' o. B5 z# w, ]3 FIt doesn't mean our housing price will increase neither, as it ties to many factors in the market. I would say we see a slow down in higher priced houses (>700 k), but a slightly increase in lower priced houses (250~400 k).

" P3 {4 O% P( W7 f/ \) L/ z6 U7 G还一点买房只盯着房价也是个误区。其实当时上手时的利率也是张血盆大口。你可以算算利率从2%到4%，你得给银行每年多掏多少银子。
