All I am trying to say is that lower Canadian Currency doesn't predict a crashed Real Estate Market. It might stimulate this market, as more US investors are coming to AB, because they spend less money digging our oil.
It doesn't mean our housing price will increase neither, as it ties to many factors in the market. I would say we see a slow down in higher priced houses (>700 k), but a slightly increase in lower priced houses (250~400 k).

就算你说对了，结果是盼着房价跌的人，真到大跌了，还是不敢买。因为经济垮了，本人失业了。

所以这种人根本就不用关心房价，一辈子踏踏实实租房了就行了。

" Q# B9 d; q& E5 A8 i) Z; e) t& A还一点买房只盯着房价也是个误区。其实当时上手时的利率也是张血盆大口。你可以算算利率从2%到4%，你得给银行每年多掏多少银子。
