Is there any legal articles regarding the rent deposit? The common practice is that the deposit is no more than the rent. How come it is only hald of the rent?

You can move to Fairways South Complex (11235-31 Ave).  There is bus route nearby.  There are swimming pool, baseball fields.  The rental is $650/month.

Check if there is any one bedroon apt. available. Good luck
